The ideal candidate will have 1 years of Pastry experience at either a hotel or restaurant of similar high standards or be attending or completed culinary school.

The Pastry Cook III will report directly to the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef.


 


The Pastry Cook III will be responsible for:

The production of desserts, confections, ice creams and pastries for any one of our nine F&B outlets, Sunday brunch and banquet operations
Work with other departments within the resort to provide quality service to our customers
Participate as a team player with all departments within the resort
Ensure all food quality controls are met and ensure daily compliance with health department and Starwood food safety audits
Set up station with predetermined mise-en-plcae required to service all outlets
Prepare pastries and baked goods for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
