We are seeking an AGM to serve as the right hand to the General Manager at our Seward Minneapolis location.? This location opened in late 2003 and is a hip neighborhood hangout located near the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Augsburg College and Downtown Minneapolis.??The incumbent will be responsible a smooth running restaurant that retains our unique urban style while delivering excellent customer service and excellent food quality.? The AGM plays a key role in ensuring that staff morale is high, that food quality and service standards are met and that costs are under control.?

Salary is competitive with?health benefits. Minimum?3 years of restaurant management (casual and/or upscale causal) experience and outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Required experience:

?

*??????????Three plus years of restaurant management experience

*????????? Experience writing staff schedules and demonstrated abilty to manage labor costs

*????????? Demonstrated committment to customer service

*????????? Strong interpersonal and team building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff and customer base

*????????? Strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal

*????????? Highly motivated and results-oriented, self-starter

*????????? Proven ability to use effective and efficient time management.

*????????? Ability to work varying schedules

*????????? Driver's License and access to a car

*????????? Spanish language skills a plus
