We operate 3 stores in San Antonio and are currently looking for future locations.

We are looking for strong, experienced General Managers to grow with us to the next level.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, ?hands on? people need apply. If you possess these qualities and have a proven work history please apply.

Our stores are open Monday thru Thursday 4p.m. to 10p.m. and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight.

Our managers work an average of 45-46 hours a week. Position responsibilities will include:

-Scheduling

-Interviewing and hiring

-Submitting food orders

-Daily, weekly and monthly inventories

-Sales and Labor forcasting

-Local area marketing

-running ?hands on? shifts

General managers receive these benefits:

-Base pay Between 25'000-28,000 with Bouns potential

-Health Insurance allowance

-5 day work week

-IRA eligibility (retirement plan) With matching contributions

Bouns Breakdown

If you sell between

1200 - 2200 Pies a week you would get .10 for every pie sold when you hit 1200-2200. (2200 x .10= $220.00) a week.

2201 - 3200 - .15 (3200 x .15 = $480) per week

3201 and up would be .20

Must maintain an average food cost.
