ZT of Louisville, one of the largest franchisees of Qdoba Mexican Grill, a national chain of up scale, fast casual restaurants, is looking for quality General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Managers to join our team. Qdoba Mexican Grill has more than 300 locations nationwide with plans for more than 100 new units this year!

We have aggressive growth plans for several new stores in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications:1-2 years of management experience in a full, fast casual, or fast food restaurant Multi-Unit and/or training manager experience a plus Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities a plus Growth-driven and career-oriented outlook Hands-on management style A love of the restaurant business and the ability to inspire others with enthusiasm and positive energy Proven job longevity Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Flexible schedule and the ability to travel between stores in local area Strong multi-tasking skills
