RESTAURANT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY: JOE'S SEAFOOD, PRIME STEAK & STONE CRAB
Joe?s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab -- created in conjunction with ICON LLC, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE), and the original Joe?s Stone Crab in Miami ? continues to expand their team, with locations in both Chicago and Las Vegas. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our Chicago team.
Giving an urban twist to a legendary concept, our Chicago location offers a sophisticated atmosphere to enjoy menu favorites, such as the world-renowned Florida Stone Crab Claws with their signature Creamy Mustard Sauce. Fresh seafood is flown in daily from around the world, with specialties such as Madagascar Shrimp, Nantucket Cape Scallops, Fresh Alaskan King Crab and Copper River Salmon. Joe?s is also known for their selection of bone-in steaks, including the original 16-ounce Bone-In Filet Mignon, as well as tableside service of Maine Lobster, Dover Sole, and Crab Clusters.
Successful Restaurant Manager candidates will be confident, polished service professionals with at least 3+ years of high volume, fine dining restaurant management experience. Our ideal restaurant manager candidate will be an entrepreneurial, service-oriented individual who is driven by a love of the industry and a desire to be the best.
