JDK Management Company

 





Since our founding in 1971, JDK Management Company has grown into a well-respected operator/manager of numerous corporations in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Those corporations include Hampton Inn and Suites and Choice Hotels, full-service retirement communities, a wholesale nursery, and real estate development interests.  That diversification gives us financial strength and a multi-dimensional entrepreneurial outlook.

 General Manager





Manages the operations of a Perkins Restaurant and Bakery; responsible for meeting or exceeding planned sales and profit levels for the restaurant through the implementation, management and enforcement of Key Results Areas, company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.

 Assistant General Manager

Works in tandem with the General Managers in managing the operations of the restaurant; assists in achieving planned sales and profit levels for the restaurant through implementation, management, and enforcement of Key Results Areas, company policies, programs and performance standards.  Manages scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction.

 Food Production Manager

Responsible for achieving or exceeding planned sales and profit levels by controlling food cost, production, labor, food quality, speed of service, and food preparation to specifications in the heart-of-the-house.  Supervises the execution of and oversees kitchen operations ensuring standards of quality and service are met.  Manages scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction.

 Guest Service Manager

Assists the General Manager in managing the operations of the restaurant; assists in achieving planned sales and profit levels for the restaurant through implementation, management and enforcement of Key Results Areas, company policies, programs and performance standards.  Manages scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction.

 Hourly Assistant Managers & Shift Leaders

Assists the General Manager in managing the operations of the restaurant; assists in achieving planned sales and profit levels through implementation, management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.  Manages scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction.
