Regional Director We have career opportunities in the Los Angeles/ Oranage County Areas for a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee El Torito and Acapulco Restaurants. This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations.

The Regional Director is responsible for maintaining all company standards while achieving sales and profit objectives. Effective leadership and the ability to build successful management teams though sound hiring, training, and performance management are keys to success in this position. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
? Provide hands-on leadership to ensure our service standards and product quality are consistently executed.
? Hires, trains, and develops all management for the region with the support of the HR Department; build cohesive management teams that communicate effectively, properly execute company standards, meet operational and financial objectives.
? Serves as the communication link between the corporate office, and the management teams in the region, ensuring an effective flow of information in all directions.
? Ensures consistent adherence to all company policies and procedures.
? Consistently monitors and evaluates restaurants in the region by means of direct observation and by conducting restaurants audits on service, cleanliness, and restaurant administration. Follows up to ensure development and implementation of appropriate action plans to address gaps in performance.
? Ensures that effective performance management is executed throughout the region at all levels.
? Maximizes employee satisfaction through sound management practices and minimizes turnover of both hourly and management employees.

Qualifications:
? Minimum 2 years multi-unit operations background and knowledge in a Full Service environment
? Advanced working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials and control systems.
? Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop effective management teams.
? Bachelor degree is preferred
