Regional Franchise Consultant

Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pubs, America's fastest growing sports pub chain has exciting new opportunities for a Regional Franchise Consultant in Orlando, Florida. With over 200 restaurant locations in 2006 and an additional 200 planned within the next four years, we are seeking a high energy individual to mentor and support our franchise partners. Under the direction of our Director of Operations, this person will be act as a liaison between the home office and our franchise community, providing support to the partners and ensuring compliance with the franchise agreement.

 

Responsibilities include:

 Conducts SEEC (QA) Evaluations to ensure HACCP and operational compliance. Protects the interests of the franchisees and the home office by ensuring compliance with the franchise agreements. Uses metrics to monitor progress towards goals. Troubleshoots all operational issues, works with franchisees to develop action plans for improvement. Visits newly opened locations in the assigned areas to provide support to the new partner, especially through the transition period as the trainers leave. Conducts regional partner education classes on topics such as profitability, HACCP compliance and train-the trainer program.

 

Qualifications:

 Demonstrated ability to quickly develop immediate rapport and a positive working relationship with a diverse group of franchisees. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work activities. Strong knowledge of franchise principles and restaurant operations. Ability to analyze operational issues and provide solutions. Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and controls. Effective presentation skills. Heavy travel is required in assigned areas.

 

 

Experience/Education:

 Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a general manager in a full service restaurant with full P&L responsibility. Food Safety Certification preferred. Franchise operations experience a plus.
