Resident District Manager - Healthcare - Miami, FL

As the Resident District Manager of a multi-location health system located in Miami, FL, you will provide overall vision, planning, direction and control of the food business to exceed operating and financial goals. A Resident?District Manager is asked on a daily basis to make strategic decisions and execute and deliver on those decisions. You will provide guidance and motivation to food services managers and other staff. The ability to identify top talent, communicate your vision and develop them to their full potential will be critical to your success and the success of your area. The Resident District Manager establishes and maintains effective customer relationships and maintains mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. Aggressive leadership in developing overall financial and business planning as well selling new business and growing existing business will be fundamental.



We are seeking a candidate with a?Master's Degree?and a minimum of?5 years of food service management experience as a director in a multi-unit role. Total managed volume of?$20 million dollars or more and P/ L management experience in the hospitality industry is desired.?Bilingual candidates a strong plus. Ideal candidates will possess a high energy level that is communicated to the team they will lead. They will also exhibit a proven track record of growing accounts. In addition, highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills are essential to success in this role. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is also a key success measure.
