Flying J Inc?s sophisticated network of 178 state-of-the-art full service restaurants, travel plazas and fuel stops is located along national highways in 41 states and Canada. Another 30 facilities are presently under construction or in various stages of the permitting process with openings scheduled throughout the next two years.

Minimum RequirementsSignificant experience in the full service dining (casual &/or family) 7 to 10 years in supervision/management Multi-unit responsibility Degree required (college or equivalent experience) Utilize, believe in and capable of recognizing and implementing the use of ?best of breed? technological solutions for labor and inventory control. Able to travel 60% of time.


New Position ProfileWill be brought into corporate office for full training in current & proposed new systems. Heavy emphasis on centralized control systems development and implementation that evolves to District leadership when ready. Must be a strong team builder/leader. Company is opening approximately 20 to 25 Travel Plazas per year. District management is responsible for opening, staffing and training new facilities in their area.
