Restaurant General Manager - Domino's Pizza

This job is for the general manager of a high volume Domino's Pizza store in Williamsport, PA. Experience in the pizza industry is a must and experience with Domino's Pizza in particular would be ideal. Job responsibilities include 50 hours per week running shifts in the store, supervision and scheduling for all employees, management of food and labor costs, local advertising and marketing efforts, and compliance with Domino's Pizza standards.

Store is a high volume location that has the potential to rise far above its current sales and profitability levels. Salary, benefits, and bonus package would depend on the experience level of the applicant. Applicants from all areas are welcome to apply but must be willing to relocate to within reasonable driving distance to the store.

Applicants with a "punch the clock" mentality who only do the minimum that is expected of them need not apply. This position requires an energetic people person who is willing to put in the hours and hard work it takes to run a high volume location.
