Hourly Manager Position Summary

The Hourly Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the restaurant.  Success is measured against Company standards of quality, guest service and cleanliness, as well as the ability to meet or exceed budgeted goals for the restaurant.

 

Guest Service

? Ensures excellence in all aspects of guest service.

 

People Development

? Train and develop all associates to maximum potential.

? Maximizes personal potential by creating a personal development plan and demonstrating progress in achieving the plan.

? Assists management team in identifying and developing qualified associates to assume Leadership Positions.

? Assists in the Recruitment, interviewing and hiring associates in order to maintain minimum staffing levels.

? Minimizes associate turnover by creating and maintaining an enjoyable, challenging work environment.

? Leads by example; promotes Company values of trust, respect and commitment to excellence.

 

Execution of the Business

? Achieves and maintains excellence in operational standards of quality, guest service and cleanliness.

? Assists General Manager towards achieving or exceeding budgeted sales objectives.

? Provides input and assists in the implementation of local restaurant marketing programs that generate incremental guest count increases.

? Helps restaurant achieve controllable profit objectives.

? Administer business per Company standards and policies, with impeccable integrity.

? In the absence of the Salaried Management, assumes and maintains control of operations.

? Understands and incorporates an ?Ownership? philosophy into all aspects of daily operations.
