We have two IMMEDIATE openings for high energy Restaurant Managers at an industry leading concept.  We have a General Manager Position and an Hourly Manager position.

 

General Manager Position Summary

The General Manager assumes complete responsibility for the successful operation of the Restaurant.  Success is measured against Company standards of quality, guest service, and cleanliness, as well as ability to meet or exceed budgeted goals for the restaurant.

 

Guest Service

? Ensures excellence in all aspects of guest service.

 

People Development

? Train and develop all associates to maximum potential.

? Ensures on-going development of all Assistant Managers.

? Identifies and develops qualified associates to assume Leadership Positions.

? Recruits, interviews, hires and trains associates in order to maintain minimum staffing levels.

? Minimizes associate turnover by creating and maintaining an enjoyable, challenging work environment.

? Leads by example; promotes Company values of trust, respect and commitment to excellence.

 

Execution of the Business

? Achieves and maintains excellence in operational standards of quality, guest service and cleanliness.

? Achieves or exceeds budgeted sales objectives.

? Develops and implements aggressive local sales-building programs that generate incremental guest count increases.

? Achieves controllable profit objectives.

? Administer business per Company standards and policies, with impeccable integrity.

? Understands and incorporates an ?Ownership? philosophy into all aspects of daily operations.
