DONATOS MANAGERS are responsible for fulfilling the Donatos Mission and Promise each day with each customer. They provide leadership, resources, training and coaching that enables store associates to achieve restaurant and personal goals. Our managers are responsible for operating the restaurant according to Donatos high standards of prosperity, product quality, customer service, and store cleanliness. The Donatos Management team represents Donatos in the local community and is constantly seeking opportunities to build community relationships, sales and profit.

 

DONATOS has markets in Orlando, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus & Indianapolis.

With 28 company locations throughout Indianapolis with new locations opening in 2005, 2006 & beyond there is room to grow with Donatos!

Background, Experience & Education: Must have High School diploma or GED equivalent 18 years of age or older Must have at least 2-3 years prior restaurant management experience Must have current drivers license with clean driving record Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to submit to, and pass background check screening
