Jason?s Deli of Colorado needs 4 excellent  people with great people and customer skills to continue our growth!  This provides great long term opportunity for advancement of career minded individuals with above average management skills and work ethic, and an attitude of service to your fellow man.  The average Jason?s Deli has around 200 seats and serves 1000+ plus customers per day with outstanding food and service!  This adventure is not for wimps!  Each store has 3 to 5 managers working together to accomplish this.

 

All successful candidates begin at Jason?s Deli as managers in training.  Our  training program of 10weeks is excellent and will give self-starters the solid foundation for growth and success.  Successful candidates must have a bachelor?s degree of science in business, management, marketing, or related field.

 

 

JASON?S DELI MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE IS SET UP AS FOLLOWS:

 

GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager oversees the excellent operation of a single unit.  They are responsible for the training and development of the Assistant Managers as well as developing a strong and satisfied customer base through marketing and advertising.

 

All Jason?s Deli General Managers are promoted from within.  Assistant Managers must qualify for consideration as General Manager by completing goals clearly set forth in the Jason?s Deli operations manual.  The high quality candidate (that?s the only kind we try to hire!) can complete these goals in 18 to 24 months.

 

 

Salary Range including bonus:  $55,000 - $65,000 per year

 

 

 

CATERING AND SALES MANAGER

The Catering and Sales Manager oversees the order taking, packaging, and catering systems at a single unit, as well as significant marketing and sales responsibilities for that unit both inside and outside the store.  After a rigorous 10 to 12 week training program, the Catering Manager works closely with the General Manager and the District Manager to set marketing plans, achieve sales goals, and assure the excellent operation of the ?front of the store? at a single unit.

 

Salary Range:  $35,000 - $55,000 per year

 

 

ASSISTANT MANAGERS

The Assistant Manager positions are divided into 2 levels.  The First Assistant is involved in staffing, training, administration, and managing food and labor costs.  Second Assistants are given direct responsibility for producing and maintaining the production line along with the everyday responsibility of running shifts.

 

Salary Range:  $30,000 to $45,000 per year

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor of Science or higher in business or management is required.  Some restaurant experience is helpful.

Two weeks paid vacation, three weeks after 5 years of service.

Five day workweek (50-55 hours per week).
