We are seeking an individual who has management experience in the restaurant industry.  Full service experience is a PLUS.  The individual will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant in the absence of the GM.  The primary functions will involve managing the front of the house with the main focus being providing customer service through hiring, developing employees, scheduling, and managing staff members to be effective with maintaining customer service.  The hired person MUST be able to work a flexible schedule with an emphasis on evenings and weekends as these are usually the busier times of  our industry.
