Restaurant Manager, AZ Mills Mall

We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for the ARAMARK operation at the Arizona Mills Mall. As Restaurant Manager, you will manage a restaurant by directing and coordinating front and back of the house operations and the food preparation process. Tasks may include hiring and training personnel and establishing and maintaining quality and performance standards. The Restaurant Manager position is responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and overseeing daily performance of an hourly staff and for customer service. Reports to the ARAMARK General Manager.



The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus at least 4 years of high volume, fast paced restaurant management experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service is essential for success in this role. P and L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
