Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager
Job Summary: The McDonald's Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager has responsibility for day-to-dayrestaurant operations, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising employees. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for restaurant profitability, expense control, cash shortages, inventory, and labor control in his/her location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Directs and coordinates staff in providing customer service activities as required by McDonald's Corporation and Cbak, Inc. dba McDonald's. Reviews and acts upon customer requests, complaints and inquiries.
Responsible for maximizing sales, transactions and profits within the restaurant. Controls food cost, labor cost and store expenses, monitors and corrects inventory/cash shortages and operates within established
budgets.
Coaches employees and secondary management personnel within the restaurant to ensure compliance with merchandising, operational procedures, food handling, sanitation, and administrative requirements established by McDonald's Corporation and Cbak, Inc. dba McDonald's.
Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties. Ensures that the restaurant is in compliance with all-appropriate local, state and federal regulations regarding hours of work, wages, age restrictions, and fair employment laws.
Completes accurate daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts to determine inventory shortages.
Enforces Quality Service and cleanliness standards as requires by McDonald's Corporation and Cbak, Inc. dba McDonald's.
Coordinates training for employees. Evaluates performance and implements disciplinary procedures as required.
Responsible and accountable for the facility, its overall physical image, maintenance, equipment, inventory, cash and cash equivalencies.
Develops and trains all members of the management team on all the essential duties and responsibilities outlined in the Managementduties and responsibilities outlined in the Management Development Program and Job Description.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for direction of twenty five to sixty five restaurant employees and up to ten secondary management persons. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's
policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualification Requirements:
Required to work 50 hours per week. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to an Acceptable level. Education or Experience:
Two years of college or minimum of two years related restaurant or retail management experience and/or training: or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Language Skills:
Effectively present information to customers, employees and management. Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Must able to speak, read and write in the English language. MATHMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardizations exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram
or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must have reliable transportation to work daily.

Compensation/Benefits:
Salary Range- $25,000-$40,000 per year (Based on qualifications and experience) plus bonus.
We also have openings for Shift Managers. The hourly pay rate range is $7.50 ? 10.00 Based on qualifications and experience.
