We are searching for restaurant managers (Assistant Managers, General Managers) for our Fox Point, WI locations.


Cosi is a fast-casual restaurant that features authentic hearth baked crackly crust flatbread which forms the basis for savory sandwiches and pizzas and accompanies freshly tossed salads.

Assistant Manager - Job Preview (must have 1 year restaurant management experience)Assist the general manager with hiring processes and staffing decisions. Support sales efforts. Contribute to the success of the restaurant by managing operations according to Cosi standards, policies and procedures. Coordinate inventory control and management procedures, quality control projects and physical inventories. Assist with P&L reporting. Will be required to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.


General Manager - Job Preview (must have 4 years of restaurant management experience)Professionally develop team members by conducting regular evaluations against defined expectations. Manage P&L reporting with specific focus on budget management and financial analysis. Maintain labor management costs. Review operations performance and productivity in accordance with goals and standards. Will be required to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
