Retail Food Service Manager - Wichita, KS

As a Retail Food Service Manager you will plan, direct and coordinate retail activities for a healthcare facility.  You will directly supervise all front-of-the-house employees with responsibility of hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increase. The Retail Food Service Manager role will perform manual labor approximately 20% of the time.  Catering experience is a plus.

 


 



Ideal candidates will possess an Associate's degree (and/or equivalent industry & management experience) and 3+ years of food service supervisory experience.

The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.

P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
