REQUIREMENTS: The outstanding candidate will have superior ommunication/organizational skills. Will possess a verifiable successful work and education background, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Our desired candidate must also be an individual contributor with a team-minded attitude. We do require at least two years of management experience, or two years of college. Any experience in the Retail, Restaurant, Sales, or Collections settings will be a plus.

Sales Managers? Starting at  $10.00 - $12.00 per hour + Bonus + Commissions + No Sundays

As a Sales Manager, you will sell our products to perspective customers and acquire new customers while maintaining existing ones. You will be responsible for setting and attaining sales goals, pricing, inventory, warehouse, staging products, and overall appearance of the store.  Performance review twice yearly!

 

Manager Trainees? Starting at $10.00 - $12.00 per hour + Bonus + Commissions + No Sundays

Typically, Management Trainees get through our hands on program within one year. However, our company is opening one store every four days and some motivated and outstanding individuals may be offered a General Manager's position within as little as 4-6 months. Performance review twice yearly!

 

Customer Account Managers? Starting at $10.00 - $12.00 per hour + Bonus + Commissions + No Sundays

As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for managing expired customer's lease agreements through immediate customer contact and collections efforts.  Performance review twice yearly!

Product Technicians? Starting at $9.50 p/hr + Stop Pay + No Sundays

As a Product Technician/Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for interacting with customers in a one-on-one environment.  A high level of customer service is required.  You must be able to move heavy furniture and electronics with precision and must have a clean driving record.  Performance review twice yearly!

 

Customer Service Representatives? Starting at $8.50 p/hr + Bonus + Commissions + No Sundays.  As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for interacting with customers with regards to their lease purchase agreements, retail sales, the processing of customer order forms, and maintenance of the showroom area and customer files. Performance review twice yearly!

 

If you have a ?CAN DO? attitude, strong work ethic and a background in Restaurant Management, Retail Management, Sales or other Customer Service Management? we want to talk to you!
