CO-MANAGER

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Assumes full responsibility for operations, training and development of all employees within a Sonic Drive-in; including the execution of all policies, procedures, and programs.  Must be entrepreneurial and a self-starter with proven track record in increasing sales, profits and team building and capable of excelling in QSR.

COMPENSATION:
Competitive base salary plus potential for bonus based on percentage of sales

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent with 3 ? 5 years of Quick Service management experience is required.  Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field are preferred.


ASSISTANT MANAGER

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Assists in managing the operations of a Sonic Drive-in and periodically assumes responsibility for drive-in operations in the absence of other management.

COMPENSATION:
Competitive wages based on experience

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum one year Quick Service Experience is required.
