Senior Assistant Manager - Chicago

The Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager with day-to-day store operations and ensures efficient and profitable execution of BP's programs, policies and expectations through his/her site team. The Senior Assistant Manager creates an environment that delivers an outstanding customer experience in a clean, friendly and safe manner.

 

Responsibilities include:

 Assisting the Manager with day-to-day store operationsOperating the cash register 4-7pm on weekdays, 10am-2pm on weekends, and as neededCreating and providing positive customer experiencesProviding training to new and current employeesEnsuring  a safe environment  / practicesExecuting site processes and procedures

 

Experience/Qualifications: Passion for customer service and good people skillsPrior experience in retail environmentBasic computer  skills (email, excel)Communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to perform the above mentioned dutiesLegal authorization to work on the US without requiring  a Visa or sponsorshipValid Drivers' LicenseHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
