As a young exciting and highly successful restaurant group we currently have 38 locations nationwide and are selectively expanding across the country at a pace of four to five new openings per year.

Most units boast seating capacities ranging from 250-450, on-sight banquet facilities catering to both social and business clientele, outdoor cafes and carryout facilities. We are looking for chefs who embody our core values of people, food, service and atmosphere and who can teach these values to our employees.

We are looking for chefs who embrace teaching, developing, motivating and idea generation as a means to continually move our company forward.

We are looking for chefs who have a minimum of 3 years full service SOUS CHEF experience in a scratch kitchen and who have a track record of driving for results.

? Highly competitive compensation package with base salaries ranging between 40k and 60K per year based on experience.
