Sous Chef for Cultural Centers

We have several opportunities in New York City in our Museum and Performing Arts accounts. These positions require a flexible schedule which include weekends.

We are seeking energetic, career-minded, entrepreneurial business leaders who are dedicated to hospitality, culinary experiences and customer service.

Responsibilities include:
Oversee the sanitation of the operations including HACCP procedures.
Supervise, train and develop hourly staff.
Uphold quality standards set up by Executive Chef.
Work in rotation within Catering and Executive Dining Room departments.

Required qualifications:
Culinary degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years culinary management in high-volume, upscale food service.
Ability to demonstrate creative and quality driven culinary skills are a must.
Must have good food knowledge and recognition of quality product.
