("Star") is the parent of a group of companies which operate food, beverage and retail concessions in airports, and provide food service management and catering for private airline hospitality clubs such as the American Airlines Admirals Clubs. Star currently is the largest operator of food and beverage concessions at DFW International Airport. Star presently operates one Chick-Fil-A unit, four Taco Bell Express units, four Pizza Hut Express units, one Los Amigos (a proprietary Mexican food concept) unit, East Side Mario's Pronto (a quick service Italian concept), the Texas Stadium Bar and Grill (a casual dining restaurant operated in partnership with an affiliate of the Dallas Cowboys), two Texas Stadium Skybox sports bars (a proprietary sports bar also operated in partnership with an affiliate of the Dallas Cowboys), Cowtown Bar (a proprietary Western-themed bar), Fred's Bar (a proprietary bar), and seven Coffee Haus units (a gourmet coffee bar). Star also operates two Official Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop retail stores, again in partnership with an affiliate of the Dallas Cowboys, one Fossil shop (selling Fossil brand watches, belts, ties and other leather accessories), and Cap It Off, a kiosk concept created by Proposer selling caps from various sports teams.

Star operates the conference center and the food and beverage concessions at Dallas Love Field Airport. Concepts used at Love Field include a full service Chili's too restaurant, a Chili's Bar & Bites (a bar version of Chili's featuring a limited selection of appetizers), the Lone Star Brew Pub (a proprietary rustic-themed bar), two food courts featuring deli sandwiches, Hot Dog Construction Co. (a franchised concept featuring gourmet hot dogs and baked potatoes), and Pizza Hut Express, and a Dreyer's Ice Cream shop featuring soft-serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, smoothies and shakes. Star also operates the Oasis, a proprietary deli/snack bar offering baked goods, breakfast pastries, salads, sandwiches and soups, and a small snack bar serving sandwiches, hot dogs, pastries, and beverages in the American Airlines/Continental Express gate area at Love Field. Star also operates the Love Field Conference Center, a full service meeting facility located in the main lobby at Love Field. We offer complete meal catering at the Conference Center, either from our set menu, or specially designed for specific requests.
