Store Manager - Euclid, Mentor & Willoughby

The General Manager is responsible for all site operations and ensures efficient and profitable execution of BP's programs, policies and expectations through his/her site team. The GM creates an environment that delivers an outstanding customer experience in a clean, friendly and safe manner. The GM manages one non-exempt manager as well as 15 to 30 hourly employees.

Qualifications
Ability to execute above stated duties and responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum of two years experience in retailing, convenience or fast food industries. Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, demonstrated leadership skills and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
