? Act as business owners of their stores, taking full ownership and responsibility 

? Think creatively, and sustain operational excellence in their stores

? Command high standards of themselves and the teams they lead Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals Grow sales by delivering top-quality products through timely and friendly service Attract and retain the best team members Champion their teams to deliver excellent guest service each day ? giving regular feedback and training Lead by example, dividing time equally among employees and guests Work 55 hours per week, including nights and weekends Our Requirements ?1-3 years previous management experience, retail or restaurant preferred  Prior profit & loss responsibility Strong work ethic Proven ability to drive and grow sales
