ampm stores offer a wide range of products and services including convenience/grocery items, gasoline, car wash and quick-service food operations. ampm's Store Managers are fully accountable for the successful operation of one or more of our retail sites.  Our retail sites are open 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

 

Job Overview:

- Achieving sales targets

- Controlling inventories and expenses

- Providing a clean and safe environment for employees and customers

- Managing a team of customer service representatives and two assistant  managers
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service
 

Qualification Summary:

- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or a minimum of two years of management experience in retailing, convenience or fast food industries

- Leadership potential

- Prior retail or customer service experience

- Valid Drivers license and car

-Experience with financial reports and profit-and-loss accountability

-Superior communication skills

-Recruitment and training experience

-Managerial experience

-Inventory control experience
