We are looking for a smart, high-energy, self-starting problem solver to assist in opening our franchises across the United States. The Store Opener is responsible for assisting franchisee prior to the opening of their stores and the training of team members for their new store.

 Requirements

 

Position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Business Degree or Retail emphasis a plus.

 

Must be a creative problem-solver. This position requires a significant amount of problem solving and

thinking on your feet. This is a multi-faceted job and no two days are the same.

 

Must have outstanding guest service skills and the patience to provide exceptional guest service

every day.

 

Must be a proven self-starter. We need people that are committed to Smoothie King and will work hard

to do an exceptional job. This is not an 8-5 desk job.

Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

 

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. This position requires working with our

franchisee's over the phone and drafting letters.

 Proficiency in Word and Excel required.  Retail, restaurant, or service experience preferred

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Provide support to franchisees during their 12-week pre-opening period

 

Coordinate and train on all materials that franchisees will need to successfully open a store

 

Assist management in other projects as needed

 

50 /70% travel required.
