We are currently interviewing General Managers and Assistant Managers for Nacogdoches, Canton, Athens, Rusk, Lufkin, & East Texas.



 General Managers 

 We are looking for positive, motivated individuals with a passion to lead and impact people.  The Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned. We currently have openings in our East Texas area.

Assistant General Managers

 

The Assistant General Manager has the responsibility of assisting the Restaurant General Manager with directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
