Taco Bell / Ventura County ; Needs managers

Job Overview:

 

- Job position available are shift, assistant, and restaurant managers. Pay scale is determined upon which position is filled. Restaurant locations are in the cities of Ojai, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Woodland Hills.

- Manage a Taco Bell restaurant within company policies and guidelines to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and meet company goals.

- Must be able to provide leadership, recognition, training, and coaching to fellow team members to achieve operational excellence.

-Follow all health, safety and security codes and polices. Also to ensure that team members play an active role to control these issues.

- Control day to day o operation i.e. scheduling, food orders, daily paperwork ... to ensure company goals and P & L are met.

- Ensure corporate and local marketing programs are followed to standard and on a timely manner.

- Other duties, but not limited to are recruiting, interviews, reviews, disciplinary actions, maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and maintaining a strong moral with team members.
