We?re looking for people whose talents can help us turn traffic into sales and repeat customers. We also have other management positions located in the Southeast in addition to this location.

Our Assistant General Managers support and assist the General Manager in the daily operation of the bowling center, and in the absence of the General Manager, assumes responsibilities.  Food & Beverage Managers are responsible for the operations of our the snack bar and bar and lounge areas in the center.

 

?  Plans and coordinates work activities necessary to operate the bowling center.  Assigns responsibility areas and work schedules.
 
? Hires and trains employees in guest service, job skills, safety practices organization policy and performance requirements.

? Analyzes the bowling center?s market area and develops marketing strategies in conjunction with the District Manager to maximize league, open and other managed play.  Makes sales calls as required to develop new business and maintain current business.

? Organizes bowling leagues, retains existing leagues, and informs members of league requirements. Prepares and distributes announcements of league activities, collects fees and distributes prizes.

? Inspects facility for compliance with occupational, health and safety regulations. Ensures that employees are following safe working practices and have a working knowledge of all safety practices and procedures.  Ensures all alcohol and beverage servers are trained and that bowling center is in compliance with local alcohol regulations.

? Reviews operational expense and other financial reports for accuracy and assists in creating and maintaining center?s annual budget, maintaining budget throughout the year and operating within that budget.

? Addresses customer suggestions, concerns and complaints.

? Performs routine management tasks necessary to the efficient operation of a bowling center.  Routinely performs operational and guest experience walk throughs.

Supervises all bowling center employees.
