Eli?s Cheesecake, leading Midwest gourmet manufacturer of highest quality and reputable branded frozen desserts with national and international distribution, seeks technical bakery floor manager who knows how to leverage their Baking, scientific/technical knowledge with management experience/ skills for facilitating new product implementation. Will be able to recommend process controls and re-design to R& D, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Materials Management team. Responsibility includes projects, on-going? ?process analysis, bakery operator training & assessing new technology and equipment.

Must have BS degree; baking science, 6 years experience in medium to large scale bakery/food processing with hands on application and working knowledge of cake, dairy, icings, fruit fillings and pastry. ?Candidate must have excellent working knowledge of the functionality of ingredients and bakery equipment. A broad understanding of Food Safety and Q.A programs is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Candidate must have the ability to function successfully within a unique Operational Co-Management Team; therefore, candidate must exude professional passion, demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
