Training Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementing and developing training programs that achieve the organization's goals and key initiatives for both Operations and Training Team Members.?

Key responsibilities will include:

?Working closely with Store Operations and Training Team Members to identify and define manager development and training needs, designing, developing and delivering training programs, as well as research and make recommendations on training programs

?Oversee training events, including but not limited to session scheduling, participant enrollment,materials reproduction and shipping

?Analyze program evaluations and business results to determine training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to improve business results

?Conduct routine formal and informal needs assessments to ensure learning programs

?Partner with Team Members to create high quality, innovative programs that are simple to implement and execute

?

Candidates must have thorough knowledge in designing and delivering training programs, knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and Instructional Design techniques and knowledge of restaurant operations. experience as a Training General Manager, Regional Operator or District Operator preferred.

The position requires up to 25% travel.? No relocation assistance will be provided.
