Based in our downtown Boston Corporate offices, the chosen candidate will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the strategic growth and development of our Dining Division. 

 

The successful incumbent in the position will: Help create, align and implement the organizational structure of our decentralized dining management team that provides the foundation for the future growth and success of the dining division Provide dining services expertise to evaluate operational process and procedure, identify weaknesses in the operations and systems, provide sound recommendations for improvement and execute the changes expeditiously and effectively Lead a decentralized team of managers toward success by ensuring their understanding of and compliance with company and division strategic and tactical objectives, as well as developing and managing the team to their strengths Leading the management team in all operational areas, including client relations, client contract development and management, employee management, cash control, purchasing, accountability, safety and business unit profitability Develop division budget and managing his team against that budget  Function as a member of the executive team, sharing in the development of the division strategic goals and leading the dining team aggressively towards the attainment of those goals Establish operational and reporting systems that allow for consistent analysis of all operational key indicators needed to effectively run a profitable and successful business division

 Qualifications required for this position include:Dynamic business acumen and proven executive leadership capability Strong foundation of knowledge and experience in the dining and food services arena Proven ability to establish operational and financial goals and lead a management team successful against those goals Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Experience and a penchant for business process improvement Superior interpersonal communication and leadership skills The ability to thrive in fast-paced and growing business environment
