 Career Opportunities

 

Steak n Shake is accepting applicants into its Management Development Program. Our comprehensive training and development programs focus on accelerating personal and professional growth. Program participants are expected to advance through our system, learning all aspects of our operations along the way. Many are becoming General Managers within 12-18 months. Individuals at the General Manager level on average have full profit and loss responsibility for a $2.5M business and leadership of 40-70 employees. Multi-unit management opportunities are available for top performers.

 

Due to growth, we are currently seeking a select number of candidates for our Manager in Training program for placement in one of our Columbus, GA, Atlanta, GA and Prattville, AL units.
