Gathers input and then provides regular feedback to the Area Coach on sales trends and opportunities. Demonstrates "ACCOUNTABILITY" for planning appropriate staffing levels to handle restaurant sales. PROFIT: Demonstrates "EXCELLENCE" by ensuring cost control standards are executed in the restaurant. Involves their team in setting and reaching restaurant goals. Uses appropriate reports to analyze their business and establish tactics for improvement. Drives ownership of profit plan by aligning the Restaurant Management Team, communicating goals, and providing needed "COACHING AND SUPPORT" on improvements through regular coaching sessions.
