ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER
Finale Desserterie is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-service-oriented person to join our team as an Kitchen Manager. You will help oversee all aspects of the kitchen and all of our menus, including plated desserts, takeout pastries & cakes, lunch and dinner. You will be involved with interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and firing a staff of 10.  Your job responsibilities will contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. Prior restaurant management experience is required. Qualified candidates are able to work daytime and nighttime hours and provide own transportation.  You will report directly to the Kitchen Manager, and have direct exposure to the Executive Pastry Chef.

Finale operates two up scale, dessert-focused restaurants in Boston and Cambridge and soon to be in Coolidge Corner this summer.  We are a small but growing company, with plans to become a national restaurant chain.  Members of our management team are directly involved in the development of the processes and systems we?ll need to accomplish this goal.  We are perennial winners of Boston?s Best Dessert awards ? we take pride in our work, we have fun while we?re doing it, and we have developed great camaraderie and a strong company culture.
