Trans World Entertainment is currently seeking an A/P Advertising Clerk to work in our Accounts Payable department.Responsibilities will include:



-Producing co-op advertising chargebacks and mailing to the appropriate vendor.-

-Processing newspaper and radio invoices for payment and copying co-op invoices for charging back vendors.

-Performing special projects on demand

-Providing daily, weekly and monthly PC reports.

-Filing various advertising paperwork

-Processing co-op advertising chargeback reversals and credits

-Reconciling and resolving newspaper and radio payment issues.

-Notarizing Affidavits



Minimum requirements for this position will include a high school diploma with 2 years prior experience in Accounts Payable. Other requirements include excellent communication skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
