Job Title: Asst Store Manager
Professional - Developing professional. Uses professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Performs work that includes various duties with standing processes/instructions involving a number of different steps and methods.

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Retail Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a retail store including, assisting with hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. This Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for back office employees including Retail Communication Consultants, Technical Support Representatives, and Inventory Support Specialists and will be a liaison for customer escalations in the absence of the Store Manager.

To achieve sales goals, the Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading the team in inside sales, outside events, and outbound marketing. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the management of an approved store budget, timely reporting of sales and inventory, time pool reporting, monitoring adherence to customer and credit adjustment policies, and ensuring that all applicable store inventories are received and secured. The successful candidate will work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required and adapt quickly to the constant changing environment of the wireless industry.
