What you?ll be doing:Support management to meet and/or exceed financial objectives for the store, delivering revenue and profits.Manage store inventory and expenses.Lead and empower team members to support company initiatives to create an environment that encourages ?best of the best? customer experience and fosters a positive work environment.Demonstrate creative merchandising through ?products that rock? merchandising and ensuring abundant fresh products.Hire, train & develop team members and leads to foster an environment focused on providing outstanding customer service and superior product knowledge in a fun work setting.Provide customers with a ?best of the best? customer experience and mentor staff.

 

What you?ll need to be successful:

?  Retail experience that fosters an environment of enthusiasm, energy, strong product knowledge and great customer service.

?  Aptitude to develop strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.

?  Mentoring experience overseeing team members in a retail, food or service industry. 

?  Strong grocery retail background

?  Natural and organic retailing experience is strongly desired

?  Demonstrated merchandising ability

?  Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word

?  Excellent communication and customer service skills and a passion for retail.

?  The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends, and travel as needed.
