Account Representatives

We're seeking CAREER oriented professionals to join the RENTWAY Team in our Dundalk, MD location(s).

 

RENTWAY offers home entertainment equipment, computers, furniture, electronics, major appliances and jewelry to customers under full-service rental-purchase agreements that generally allow our customer to obtain ownership of the merchandise at the conclusion of an agreed upon rental period.

 

These positions require dynamic, customer-service driven individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in achieving company goals. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is essential. Candidates for management positions should have 1-5 years of previous experience in a retail, restaurant, or similar environment where supervisory skills and required leadership are essential.  At RENTWAY, we pride ourselves on hiring and developing the best people.

Career Opportunities:

Account Representatives - We?re seeking professional career-minded individuals to manage our customers? rental/purchase accounts, handle customer inquiries, deliver merchandise, troubleshoot accounts, promote new rentals and manage cash and record keeping. Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
