Wholesale distributor is looking for an outstanding administrative assistant to join their branch. Must be able to multi-task and excel at being accurate. Must enjoy a fast paced environment. This position is located at a distribution branch and is not set in an office environment, so you must be comfortable working in an industrial environment!

Requirements:
Able to answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate individuals
Must have above-average Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Enjoy dealing with customers both on the phone and in person
Willing to pitch in on an as needed basis in the branch
Invoice management experience
