Administrative Assistant (Taylorsvile, UT)

Provides administrative support to the Director of Sales.
Independent action and initiative are required when resolving problems.
May research background material and collect data for office financial plans, reports, speeches and correspondence. Coordinates and schedules meetings and travel arrangements.
Normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
Results of actions could result in loss or delays, and adversely impact intra-company or customer relationships. Requires interaction with internal and/or external customers to discuss, explain and exchange information to maintain productive workflow on a day-to-day basis.
Interfaces with high-level internal/external contacts requiring discretion and initiative.
Work is performed under general supervision.
Many aspects of work are not regularly reviewed.
Applies administrative, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills to act in accordance with Company policies and procedures to complete tasks in innovative and effective ways.



QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications
High School or equivalent and at least 4 - 5 years of administrative experience.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Projects.
Must have excellent follow-up skills, detail oriented and display a professional demeanor and appearance.
Must be flexible to work overtime.
Some wireless, sales and/or finance background a plus.
