Administrative Assistant to HR Director - Cincinnati, OH

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide administrative support for the Director of HR and the Divisional HR team.
Create, distribute, and communicate company reports daily, weekly and/or monthly as directed.
Create and maintain filing systems, logs and databases and follow-up to ensure that actions are completed.
Maintain confidential files and reports.
Organize, arrange and provide administrative support for meetings, conference calls and special events.
Arrange and schedule travel arrangements for HR Director and other HR team members, as directed.
Draft correspondence, memoranda, agendas, and various reports.
Receive and direct telephone calls and incoming correspondence
Order and maintain supplies as needed.
Act as a liaison to recruiting and HR.
Provides miscellaneous administrative support as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

A minimum of three-years related administrative support experience including analysis work.
Proven word-processing and spreadsheet experience including analysis work required. (Microsoft Office preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management is essential.
Must be highly motivated and organized self-starter with a professional manner and appearance.
Must be sensitive to working with confidential information and have a strong customer service focus.
