Administrative Support Coordinator

Colony Acquisition Corp. a leader in dry cleaning, office pick-up and delivery, and textile restoration services has an open position for an Administrative Support Coordinator. The Company has 19 locations and services the tri-county area. We pride ourselves in quality service and customer satisfaction. The Administrative Support Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our textile restoration division.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Enters all customer orders and information including billing information into computer system.Communicates with internal and external customers.Prepares and schedules daily orders for pick-up and delivery.Interacts with the drivers in the warehouse.Assists in preparing monthly statements.Maintains inventory of supplies. Responsible for ordering supplies for the office and vehicles.Tracks, logs and organizes files and orders for customers.Answers telephones for the office.Handles and resolves customer issues.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others in a fast paced environment.Strong organizational, follow-up and follow-through skills.Multi-task and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and as a team.Proficient with computers (Outlook, Internet, Excel, Word, etc.).
