Job Description: DISNEY CONSUMER PRODUCTS - Burbank, CA

ANALYST RETAIL SALES - Retail Sales & Marketing (RB)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate Disney Consumer Products' sales performance at its major U.S. retail accounts
- Track current performance
- Identify growth drivers/opportunities
- Recommend actions to increase sales

Create standardized sales reports for division's sales executives

Perform tailored sales analyses to assess key business initiatives

Develop compelling visuals for internal/external presentations

Monitor and report on retail industry trends

In addition to analyst duties, support point-of-sale data collection/ management efforts as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Undergraduate degree required

Candidate should have 1-3 yrs experience as a retail or financial analyst

Ideal candidate would have retail planning experience, but others with strong analytical skills will be considered

Expert knowledge and capabilities in Excel

Solid oral and written communication skills
