Responsibilities:
Distribute bi-monthly preliminary design packages to architects, landlords, vendors and consultants
Coordinate reprographic services and distribute drawings
Issue work authorizations to consultants
Coordinate and distribute spreadsheets, schedules, meeting agendas, meeting notes
Filing
Minimal CAD drawing and plotting
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Database and spreadsheet input knowledge
Willing to work in fast paced environment
Computer skills:
o Outlook
o MS Word
o MS Excel
o MS Access
o Adobe PDF
o Autocad 2004 or above (minimal)
o Power Point (a plus)
