Area Sales Manager in Training

The Area Sales Manager in Training is a developmental position primary responsibility for managing a base store while supervising 2-3 additional stores.  This position is accountable for the financial, operational, management and leadership performance of these stores as well as his/her base store.

 

Experience

?  Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience; multi-unit experience a plus

?  Proven success in driving sales and getting results through others

?  Experience in effectively resolving customer issues

?  Successful track record in sourcing, assessing, selecting, training and retaining a quality crew
